Pre-booking :

It is possible to pre-book a gîte either by phone or online by form. By return, Carole and Gilbert will send you back by email a contract which it will be advisable to send back by postal mail, accompanied by three means of payment or their proof:

  • Cheque or SEPA transfer of 50% of the rental price
  • Cheque or SEPA transfer of 50% of the balance that can be cashed 1 month before the start of the rental period
  • Check or cash of 500€ not cashed representing the guarantee and returned, except degradations.

 

In case the pre-booking is made less than one month before the beginning of the stay, we request the payment of the entire rental price.

Cancellation :

In case of cancellation, the tenant will be subject to penalties (except in cases of force majeure):

  • Cancellation 7 days before the beginning of the stay: penalty of 100% of the amount of the stay
  • Cancellation 14 days before the beginning of the stay: penalty of 75% of the amount of the stay
  • Cancellation 28 days before the beginning of the stay: penalty of 50% of the amount of the stay
  • Cancellation more than 28 days before the beginning of the stay : penalty of 25% of the amount of the stay

CAZOULS-D'HERAULT - Pays de Thau 
Amidst vineyards and a gorgeous rural setting in the south of France

In an old wine farmhouse with a large swimming pool, located just outside Cazouls-d’Hérault
A typical village with an old church, a Knights Templar Commandery and several wineries you can visit.
Villa Rose has a large enclosed garden and is divided into three parts: the two gites in the old barn and our house. Each gite provides comfortable accommodation for four and has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a terrace. Wifi is free.


The shared 13m x 7m swimming pool is 1 to 2 meters deep and surrounded by a safety barrier. It has a large patio with toilet- and shower facilities, parasols and enough deckchairs for everyone
Our gites are only half an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea as well as the beautiful cities of Montpellier and Béziers.
Just 5mn away is Pezenas, a very lively old little town with lots of cultural activities throughout the season as it used to be Molière’s, the famous French playwright, hometown.
Whether you like nature, sports, nice food and wine, or history and old places, the area offers more than enough to see and to do!
